Manipur's active COVID-19 caseload drops to 15

No new COVID-19 case or death was reported in Manipur on Wednesday.

Manipur on Wednesday reported zero COVID-19 positive cases, confining the cumulative number of COVID- 19 cases in the state at 1,39,885, official sources said.

A total of 114 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the state on Wednesday but no COVID-19 positive case was detected. Manipur has so far conducted 16,60,355 COVID-19 tests.

According to a release issued by the COVID-19 Common Control Room, the number of active COVID-19 cases dropped to 15 as one more recovery was reported on Wednesday.

No death due to COVID-19 has been reported in the last 24 hours from any part of the state. The cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths remains at 2149.

The number of doses of COVID- 19 vaccine administered on November 1 was 145. The cumulative doses administered so far reached 32,55,460, including first dose - 16,47,448, 2nd dose - 13,33,875 and precautionary dose - 2,74,137.

If you have any flu or flu like symptoms, get tested, the release stated. Follow Covid Appropriate behavior. Continue to wear masks, wash hands frequently and get vaccinated, the release added.
