Manipur on Saturday recorded zero new COVID-19 positive cases, confining the state’s tally to 1,37,225 and the death toll also remained at 2,120 with zero new fatality, according to the latest update by the state health department.

As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 28,55.730 (first dose: 15,59,426; second dose: 12,09,142 and precautionary dose at 87,162).

According to a release issued by the State COVID-19 Common Control Room, the state also reported one recovery, increasing the number of recovered cases to 1,35,098. The recovery rate is 98.45 per cent. Manipur now has seven COVID-19 active cases, as per the release.
Meanwhile, a total of 341 Oxygen Cylinders and 15 B-type Oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health institutions and health facilities of Manipur in the last 24 hours.
As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 28,55.730 (first dose: 15,59,426; second dose: 12,09,142 and precautionary dose at 87,162).
The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.69 per cent and for the second dose is 51.47 per cent, it mentioned.
