Manipur on Monday reported three new COVID-19 cases but zero death cases thus pushing the state's total positive cases to 1,37,258 while confining the death toll at 2,120. All the three positive cases were reported from Imphal West and the positivity rate is 10 per cent.
According to the latest update by the state health department, a total of 30 COVID-19 tests were conducted in Manipur on Monday; the state has so far conducted 16,14,467 COVID-19 tests.
No new recovery was recorded in the state on Monday, thus confining the number of recovered cases at 1,35,124 and the recovery rate is 98.45 per cent. Manipur now has 14 COVID-19 active cases, according to a release issued by the state COVID-19 Common Control Room.
Meanwhile, a total of 84 oxygen cylinders and 12 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health institutions and health facilities of Manipur as of June 26.
As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 29,53,351 (first dose: 15,90,286; second dose: 12,55,458 and precautionary dose at 1,07,607).
The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.96 per cent and for the second dose is 53.07 per cent, it mentioned.
