Manipur on Monday recorded four new COVID-19 positive cases, pushing the state's tally to 1,37,045, while the death toll remained at 2,120 with zero new fatalitity, according to the latest update by the state health department. The positivity rate is 0.8 per cent.
According to a release issued by State COVID-19 Common Control Room, the four COVID-19 cases were reported from Imphal West, Senapati, Tamenglong and Ukhrul.

The state also recorded 13 new recoveries, taking the cumulative number of recovered cases to 1,34,849. The recovery rate is 98.40 per cent. Manipur now has 76 COVID-19 active cases, as per the release.
Meanwhile, a total of 236 D-type Oxygen Cylinders and 111 B-type Oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health institutions and health facilities of Manipur in the last 24 hours.
As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 27,67,217 (first dose: 15,27,600 second dose: 11,75,177 precautionary dose: 64,440).
The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.42 per cent and for the second dose is 50.20 per cent, it mentioned.
