Manipur on Saturday recorded three new COVID-19 positive cases, pushing the state's tally to 1,37,149 while the death toll remained at 2,120 with zero new fatality, according to the latest update by the state health department. The positivity rate is 1.1 per cent.

According to a release issued by the state COVID-19 Common Control Room, of the three COVID-19 cases reported on Saturday, one case each is reported from Imphal West, Imphal East and Kakching.
The state also reported 11 new recoveries, taking the cumulative number of recovered cases to 1,34,988. The recovery rate is 98.42 per cent. Manipur now has 41 COVID-19 active cases, as per the release.
Meanwhile, a total of 327 oxygen cylinders and 87 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health institutions and health facilities of Manipur in the last 24 hours.

As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 28,03,404 (first dose: 15,47,888 second dose: 11,87,741 precautionary dose: 67,775).
The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.58 per cent and for the second dose is 50.74 per cent, it mentioned.
