Manipur logs three new COVID-19 cases, tally at 1,39,897

The number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 10 as only one new recovery was reported in Manipur on Wednesday.

Manipur on Wednesday reported three new cases of COVID-19, taking the cumulative number of positive cases in the state to 1,39,897, including a death toll of 2,149. A total of 108 COVID-19 tests were conducted on Wednesday. The cumulative number of COVID-19 tests conducted in Manipur reached 16,61,102. The daily positivity rate is 2.8 per cent.

According to a release by COVID-19 Common Control Room on Wednesday, Imphal West, Imphal East and Bishnupur reported one new case each. However, no deaths due to COVID- 19 were reported from any part of the state.

The number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 10 as only one new recovery was reported in the state on Wednesday. The recovery rate is 98.46 per cent. 

The number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered on November 8 was 400. The cumulative doses administered so far reached 32,57,910, including 16,47,753 first dose, 13,34,675 second dose and the 2,75,482 precautionary dose.
