Manipur on Thursday reported no new COVID-19 cases not zero death cases thus confining the state's total positive cases at 1,37,244 and death toll at 2,120, according to the latest update by the state health department.
A total of 85 COVID-19 tests were conducted in Manipur on Thursday; the state has so far conducted 16,13,948 COVID-19 tests.
However, one new COVID-19 recovery was recorded in the state on Thursday, taking the number of recovered cases to 1,35,122 and the recovery rate to 98.45 per cent; Manipur now has two COVID-19 active cases, according to a release issued by the state COVID-19 Common Control Room.
Meanwhile, a total of 116 oxygen cylinders and six B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health institutions and health facilities of Manipur as of June 15.
As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 29,32,924 (first dose: 15,83,385; second dose: 12,46,769 and precautionary dose at 1,02,770).
The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.93 per cent and for the second dose is 52.76 per cent, it mentioned.
