Manipur on Saturday reported zero COVID-19 case and death confining the state's tally and death toll at 1,37,241 and 2,120 respectively, according to the latest update by the state health department.
A total of 53 COVID-19 tests were conducted in Manipur on Friday, of which all returned negative. Manipur has so far conducted 16,13,204 COVID-19 tests.
No new COVID-19 recovery was also recorded in the state on Saturday. The number of recovered cases stood at 1,35,116 and the recovery rate is 98.45 per cent. Manipur now has five COVID-19 active cases, according to a release issued by the state COVID-19 Common Control Room.

Meanwhile, a total of 102 oxygen cylinders and 21 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health institutions and health facilities of Manipur as of June 2.
As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 29,05,132 (first dose: 15,71,553 second dose: 12,34,920 precautionary dose: 98,659).

The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.89 per cent and for the second dose is 52.36 per cent, it mentioned.
