India remains the country with the second highest number of COVID-19 cases and is facing a chaotic situation amid the reports of lack of oxygen, hospital beds and medicines to treat the patients even as the vaccination drive is being pushed full swing.

Delhi, on Monday, began its vaccination drive for age above 18 years free of cost. However, vaccination for the same category is yet to take off in Northeast state Manipur as the state awaits the arrival of more vaccine doses.
