In an effort to facilitate event hosting in the state where mindful event hosting is an often overlooked aspect at events and ceremonies, an event hoisting company Mayflos Events and Entertainment Pvt Ltd was launched on Thursday in Imphal.
Speaking on the occasion, company director Diana Gurumayum said, Mayflos Events and Entertainment Pvt Ltd was born out of necessity to curate events that are worth one's time and money.
Mayflos considers event hosting as a legitimate and even a sacred craft that needs all the efforts and attention to detail, she said, adding with a dynamic website and all the necessary tools of the trade, the company specialises in music concerts, artist booking, movie tickets, restaurant gigs, equipment rentals and camping among others.
“It is our firm belief that Manipur is in need of a skilled event planner so as to add more substance and value to the events slash functions which are being held everyday,” she said.
Before bearing the name Mayflos, the same team has successfully brought music festivals and events such as Wahyum Festival of Arts and Music; Life in Colors, and Tamgi Chekla (The Koi Live in Imphal) with immensely favourable response from music enthusiasts and event-goers alike, she added.
The launching function was also attended by two other directors of Mayflos Nongthombam Jenish Singh and Mutum Rakesh.
