A book authored by Biramangol Naorem, ‘Huranbi Saklabi Thoinu’, was released at Representatives of Lois Sanglen situated at Kakching Chumnang in Kakching district on Sunday.

The book was released in a function organised by the Writers’ Association, Kakching.
Former minister Thokchom Tomba, president of Writers’ Association Kakching Nimai Pukhramba and Sahitya Academy Awardee Kshetrimayum Rajeshwor, among others attended the event.

The event honored the recently departed former director of the Art and Culture Department Khumallambam Sorojini with floral tributes.
Additionally, a two-minute silence was also observed for the departed souls in the ongoing crisis in Manipur.
