<p><span style="color:#222222"><span style="color:black">The inaugural function of the &lsquo;Holi&nbsp;Phangnaba&rsquo; organised by&nbsp;Ibotombi Cultural Academy (KICA) at Charangpat Mamang Leikai, Thoubal district was held at&nbsp;Charangpat Mamang Leikai community hall on Sunday.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="color:#222222"><span style="color:black">Charangpat ZP member Ph Heramani&nbsp;social worker K Jadumani, pradhan nominee of Lourembam GP Kh Sanakhomba and many others attended the event as chief guest, president and guests of honours.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="color:#222222"><span style="color:black">As a part of the event which was held under the aegis of&nbsp;Ministry of Culture, Government of India, the students of KICA performed the &lsquo;Holi Phangnaba&rsquo; show and enthralled many viewers.</span></span></p>
