The Command Area Development department, Manipur has invited intending candidates for appointment of different posts in the department on temporary basis through sponsorship of the concerned employment exchanges in Manipur.
Additional chief engineer, department of Command Area Development, Manipur Suresh Singh Ningombam issued the notification on Tuesday.
As per the notification, the posts are for one Draftsman Grade II with pay band of Rs 5,200-20,200+2,400 (GP) and essential qualifications of Diploma in Architecture or National Trade Certificate course for two years duration in Draftsman (Civil/Mechanical) from a recognised Institute.
Three posts of driver with pay band of Rs 5,200-20,200+1900(GP) with qualifications of Class-10 passed/ Matriculate/HSLC/equivalent from a recognised board/institute with driving experience for three years possessing requisite driving licence.
Applications are also invited for one post of Tracer (Draftsmen Grade -iii) with pay band of Rs 5,200-20,200+1,900(GP) with qualifications of National Trade Certificate course for two years duration in draftsman (civil/ Mechanical) from a recognised institute.
Applications are further invited for two posts of Surveyor with pay band of Rs 5,200-20,200+ 2,400(GP) and essential qualifications of (i) matriculation from a recognised university/ Board and (ii) pass senior Surveyor's course of a recognised technical institute, it added.
The notification stated that sponsorship from different employment exchanges will be received up to September 16.
Issuance of application form and submission of duly filled in application form will be up to 4 pm of September 17, it mentioned.
Admit cards, after scrutiny, will be issued from September 15 to 5 pm of September 17 and the date of written examination will be on September 19, it stated.
It mentioned that the venue and time of the written examination will be indicated in the admit card.
It stated that forms will be issued on payment of Rs 500 (for general and OBC candidates) and Rs 300 (for SC and ST) from the office of additional chief engineer, department of Command Area Development, Manipur.
One ST post each has been reserved for driver and Tracer, it added.
