One man was found dead at a fish farm in Toubul ward No 1, around 3 km away from Bishnupur Police Station on Thursday at around 9 am. According to police, the deceased was identified as Konsam Sunder, 36, son of Indramani of Toubul Awang ward No1. The fish farm where the body was found belongs to one Yumlembam Momon from Toubul ward No 1. The body was later handed over to family members after a post-mortem at RIMS. In connection with the incident, a case has been registered at Bishnupur Police Station.
