AMFA asks clubs to fill Form 02 for players registered as ‘Amateur’

AMFA said that the basic importance of filling the Form-2 is to notify the registration of players who intend to retain ‘Amateur’ status for the subsequent season.

The All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) has informed clubs and academies who have registered their players as ‘Amateur’ that it is a requirement to upload duly filled in Amateur Retention Form (Form-02) on CRS within 15 days before the end of any season.

AMFA said in a statement that the basic importance of filling the Form-2 is to notify the registration of players who intend to retain ‘Amateur’ status for the subsequent season.

The football association further stated that in case of failing to upload Form-02 on CRS before the end of the season, the players shall be automatically cease to be registered with concerned Clubs at the end of the season.
