Ward No.3 under-15 opened third account with 2-0 win over Ward No.13 in the ongoing 17th Kanggui Inter Ward Tournament (KIWT) 2021 at Brig M Thomas Ground Kangpokpi on Thursday morning.
Kailemlal found the opening in the 13th minutes before Lunsanglen added another goal in the 25th minutes to knocked out Ward No.13 from the tournament.
In the main football, Ward No.4 had a narrow 1-0 win over Ward No.1 in the first match. The lone winning goal came after Satboilen scored in the early 6th minutes while Ward No.9 defeated Ward No.17 by 2-0 margin. Ngulkhotinchon (42nd) and Lammingou(50th) scored the winning goals.
In Veteran football, Ward No.1 had a 3-0 win over Ward No.9. Mangminhao (6th) and Kamgougin(8th,30th) scored the winning goals for Ward No.1.
In another veteran football match, Ward No.3 had an easy 6-0 win over Ward No.10 to earned it first win in the tournament. Thangcha(20th, 70th, 80th), Paomin(46th) and Haominthang(78th, 85th) scored for Ward No.3.
In men's volleyball, Ward No.2 defeated Ward No.5&6 by 3 straight set in the first match while Ward No.13 defeated Ward No.7 in similar set.
In women's volleyball, Ward No.2 defeated Ward No.3 by two straight set in the first match while Ward No.1 defeated Ward No.11 in similar set.
Tomorrow, in U-15 football, Ward No.1 will play Ward No.11 in the morning at 7:30 am.
In men's volleyball, Ward No.17 will play Ward No.9 in the first match while Ward No.14 will play Ward No.3 in the second match.
In women's volleyball, Ward No.8(B) will play Ward No.17 in the first match while Ward No.4 will play Ward No.13 in the second match.
