Joining the the rest of the nation, Manipur conducted its dry run for COVID 19 vaccination  at the district hospitals of Thoubal and Imphal West district.

Nandakishore, the in-charge of dry run for COVID-19 vaccination stated that it is a rehearsal for vaccination that will start soon. The rehearsal of COVID-19 vaccination will be updated to Co-WIN portal. The mock drill of the COVID-19 vaccination drive was conducted to healthcare providers, ASHAs, health services and frontline health workers.

Thoubal deputy commissioner, SMD and NHM monitored the field exercise along with development partners, UNDP and UNICEF.
