Young Paite Association (YPA), Lamphel Unit has condoled the untimely demise of former cabinet minister L. Nandakumar Singh who was MLA of 10 Uripok assembly constituency for three consecutive terms. A release issued by YPA on December 6 stated that a condolence meeting was held at the office of the YPA, Lamphel Unit where the executive committee shared memories of the contributions made by L. Nandakumar Singh in uplifting the Paite Community in particular and 10-Uripok AC as a whole. As a mark of respect to the departed soul, the members observed 1-minute silence and prayed that his soul rests in peace, the release added.
