On October 28, the union has also boycotted six few schools in the State for trying to collect student’s tuition fees for the lockdown period. The state government has ordered the schools to not collect tuition fees for the month of April to July, but the latest order directed the schools to collect 30 percent of the monthly tuition fees, the release added.

Such a confusing order of the state government can be considered as an invitation of agitations and protest from the pubic the release added. Further it also demands that the commissioner of education(s) should revoke its order dated October 5 which directed the private schools in the State to collect 30 percent of monthly payable fees.

Earlier AMSU boycotted MECI Explorer School Changangei, Paree Imom Singdamshang Langjing, Tiny Tots English school Dewlahland, Bright Foundation School Thoubal Khetri leikai Tomjing, St Xavier School Moirang and MEM school Ghari
