The note added that Vungzagin is one of the most ‘astute’ politicians who had distinguished himself all through his career even before his entry into politics. The MLA is hardworking, committed and a class apart in his statesmanship with a caliber to handle complex and strenuous governance and administrative responsibilities to benefit, not only his constituency or allocated departments, but also for the State as a whole.

Zomi Council posits full faith in the minister and the leadership of the chief minister in the government to bring Manipur into a new era of peace, development and prosperity, it added.

Paite Tribe Council has also released a note of gratitude to the chief minister for giving ministerial post to its ex officio member Central Working Committee Vungzagin Valte.
