ACODOM to reward top Class 10 examination students in Moreh

Any student of the town who gets position up to 20th rank in Class 10 exam will be rewarded with a cash prize of Rs 50,000 and a scholarship of Rs 30,000 for two years, the ACODOM president said.

The All Community Development Organisation Moreh (ACODOM) on Tuesday celebrated its 13th foundation day at its office in Moreh and announced that it will reward outstanding students of Class 10 in the border town.

"Any student of the town who gets position up to 20th rank in Class 10 exam will be rewarded with a cash prize of Rs 50,000 and a scholarship of Rs 30,000 for two years," ACODOM president Th Budha Meitei said in the function.

ACODOM founder president RK Sanayaima and Nupi Khunai Chaokhat Lamjing Lup president L Tamem Leima shared the dais with the ACODOM president.

Highlighting the history of the formation of ACODOM, Budha Meitei said that in the border town Moreh, all the communities and liked-minded people jointly worked to form the organisation. Every community of the town has their own organisation but ACODOM is an organisation for all the communities in Moreh, he said.

If all communities work together, there will be peace and development in the town and the organisation was formed with this main objective, he added.

He also highlighted the activities of ACODOM such as yearly free coaching classes for students of every community, medical camps and various initiatives taken in the field of sports and others.
