Public meeting held on missing case of mother and daughter

JIRIBAM | Sept 2 : A public meeting was held today at Lairembi Phampak Kalinagar, Ward no. III, Jiribam district regarding the missing case of Sagolsem (O) Prijita Devi, jointly organised by Lairembi Leikai Apunba Nupi Marup (LLANM), Jiribam and Kalinagar Youths Club (KYC), Jiribam.
At the public meeting which was taken part by 100 people, and the missing case of Prijita was debated and some resolutions were taken.
It was resolved that pressure will be given to Ningshingkhul Hospital to find out the facts behind missing case of Prijita, who left along with her two year old daughter for work at the said hospital on August 28 in the morning at 8 am and had been missing ever since. It was further resolved that DC of Jiribam and state government be also pressured to pursue the case as per a report submitted by president, advisor, councillor of Ward no. III of Jiribam district.
