Social welfare old age pension notice

IMPHAL | Oct 17 Department of social welfare has informed to general public that list of expiry, double benefit and ineligible beneficiaries under Indira Gandhi Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS) has been uploaded in the department website: www.socialwelfare manipur.nic.in, said a release. It said that any complaint or objection if any may be filed to the director of the social welfare, Manipur on or before October 27.

IMPHAL | Oct 17 A police team of Moreh commandos led by Moreh SDPO reportedly arrested two alleged active members of PREPAK working under the self-styled commander Malem today at around 4.40 pm from Moreh bazar near Moreh parking. According to police source, the duo has been identified as Md. Abdul Rajak (37) son of Abdul Rahaman of Sora Awang Leikai and Soethihanaing alias Fotok (23) son of Kyawzaw of Leizik, Myanmar.
