IMPHAL| July 22 It has been notified by the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department that the draw of lots for the fifth general panchayat elections will be held on July 24, 2 pm at the Panchayat Bhawan Porompat, under the provisions of the Manipur Panchayati Raj act, 1994.
