Medilane launches Home Healthcare Services

The Medilane Health Tech and Consultant Services Private Limited today launched its Home Healthcare Services during the observation of its 1st Foundation Day at Manipur Press Club, Imphal.

Delivering the keynote address, the private limited’s managing director, M. Dayananda said that the Home Healthcare Services is launched with the aim of making healthcare services easily accessible and affordable to the general public.

With the introduction of the new services people can order medicine from home, offices or hospital and can skip searching of medicine by going from pharmacy to pharmacy, he added.

Similarly any person can take a lab sample collection and get the result from home, offices or any hospital, and it will help the patient to avoid long waits at diagnostic centre, transportation of old aged persons and bed ridden patients, continued the general manager.

Moreover, the facilities of nursing care service will be available at home for post-operative care, wounded dressing, IV insertion, catheterization etc, said Dayananda.

He added during the last one year, more than 6000 individuals were benefited from their helpline number (8732004849/7085244123) and in the next five years the company is planning to create 1000 plus jobs in the home healthcare sectors.

The function was attended by former minister, M. Nara as chief guest, Medilane general manager, Rakesh Sinha, Shija Hospital medical superintendent, Dr. Jugindra S and Religare Health Insurance Manipur, branch head, Uttamkumar Shetty as guests of honour.
