Army organises free medical camp

A free medical camp was organised today by Maibam Youth Club cum Library Nambol in collaboration with 5 th JAK Rifles of Nambol Maibam at Iputhou Loyalakpa Community Hall, Maibam Chingmang under Nambol Assembly constituency.

The camp was inaugurated by the commanding officers of 5JAK Rifles Maibam post and Tulihal post and also personally supervised the programme till it was over. Treatment and consultation was carried out by a homeopathy doctor of 5JAK Rifles and another from general medicine. The camp was assisted by pharmacists, male nurses and other paramedical staffs. 

Patients from the flood affected areas of Nambol i.e Maibam, Sabal Leikai, Kongham, Naorem and from other villages lying at a close distance came to visit the health camp. They were all given treatment and consultations free of costs.
