Three books - Missing, Doctor Forts and Ritu were released at separate functions in Imphal on Sunday.
During the release of Missing - a collection of short stories written by Vidya H GA (Vidyarani Hanjabam), at Tribal Research Institute, Imphal, the author revealed her plans to write a novella in the near future.
“I have not started anything yet but I wish to write a practical self-help book for youths”, she said, adding that she is also keen on writing a self-help book.
President of Manipur Sahitya Parishad, L Joychandra Singh; secretary of Manipur State Film Development Society, Sunzu Bachaspatimayum; assistant professor of DM College of Arts, Dhanamanjuri Lourembam, were present during the release.
Meanwhile, two books entitled ‘Doctor Forts’ and ‘Ritu’ were also released on Sunday at Manipur Press Club, Imphal. The release programme was organised by Cultural Forum, Manipur.
MLA of Khangabok assembly, Okram Surjakumar Singh and president of Cultural Forum, Manipur, professor Huirem Bihari Singh were present among others at the function.
